Centre for Corporate & Commercial Law

Known as the 3CL, the Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law was established by the Faculty Board of Law in 1997 to promote further research into the areas of corporate and commercial law. These interests range from corporate tax law, corporate governance and finance to international trade, and financial and business regulation to insolvency. The Centre has held a number of major conferences and regularly schedules seminars by academics, regulators and practitioners.
